It's Got Legs

As part of our 2025/2026 programme focus on climate action and environmental awareness, we are working with Northumberland National Park on a new project.

‘It’s Got Legs’ will invite pupils aged 7 -9 to become nature detectives for the day. They will visit Walltown Country Park for a ranger-led exploration of our tiny neighbours before working with us to produce a guide to the smallest inhabitants of our local environment. The guide will be made available in National Park locations for young visitors.

Activity will take place in June 2025, more updates to follow.
