Grab your pens and pencils in your paws for an event of stories and dog drawing fun with the award winning illustrator and printmaker Sarah Ogilvie.

In this fun-filled event Sara will show you how she created some of her well-known canine characters, including Julia Donaldson’s Detective Dog and Hospital Dog, and Biff from Anna Kemp’s Dog’s don’t do Ballet.

She will also help you draw some handsome hounds and perky pooches of your own… WOOF! 

Ages: 5+

Based in Newcastle, the multi-talented Sara Ogilvie has collaborated with many amazing authors gaining recognition on shortlists including The Roald Dahl Funny prize, Sainsburys Picture Book awards, and The Waterstones Children’s Book Prize.
