Lee Child – Reacher: Exit Strategy

Lee Child joins us to close Hexham Book Festival 2026, with his 30th Jack Reacher thriller, and the sixth in the universally acclaimed collaboration between Lee and his brother Andrew. Jack Reacher is one of the most-loved characters in modern fiction: it is said a Jack Reacher novel is sold somewhere in the world every nine seconds. His books consistently achieve the number one slot on bestseller lists around the world and have sold over one hundred million copies.

Lee is the recipient of many awards including Author of the Year at the 2019 British Book Awards. He was appointed CBE in the 2019 Queen’s Birthday Honours.
