Young Writers Group FREE Creative Writing Tuition with best-selling author Lucie Brownlee Are you aged between 14-20 and love writing? Do you dream of writing a a best-seller? If so, our Young Writers Group is for you! During 6 workshops we will join best-selling novelist Lucie Brownlee to explore what makes a stand-out story, and gain expert advice on developing dazzling dialogue and captivating copy. During the sessions we will look at the fundamentals of prose, poetry, and script. Each week you will complete a different writing task, and gain valuable, constructive feedback on your work from Lucie and your writing buddies. Come along, have fun and make new writer friends! Her Sunday Times best-seller Life After You was chosen for the Richard and Judy Bookclub (described by Richard as ‘warm, moving… extremely funny’) and adapted for television. Her novel The Mother made the final four in Mslexia’s Novel Competition 2020 and she is a Northern Writers’ Award for Fiction winner for her novel The Song of Annie Chapman.
