About the Festival Festival Cancellation Dear friends and supporters,It is with great sadness that we have to announce the cancellation of this year's Festival due to the current health crisis; the safety of our audiences, authors, volunteers, partners and the wider community being our main priority. As we know you will appreciate this is a very difficult time for all and we are working closely with our partners here at Queen's Hall Arts to make sure that we can weather this storm and return next year. Over the next few weeeks we will be thinking about alternative ways of bringing authors to you.To minimise the load on the Box Office we would kindly ask you to wait until they contact you regarding the events that you have booked. Due to the current pressure the Box Office team tell us that it will be ten days until they can start contacting our customers so your patience is much appreciated. As a small Community Interest Company we rely on our box office income to continue to bring you our annual Festival. We have always welcomed the enthusiasm and warmth of our audiences, and we want to ensure that we will be able to return next year with an equally exciting line up as 2020. It would be wonderful if you could kindly consider donating the cost of your ticket, or part of it, to support the future of the Festival. We welcome any support to help us through this unprecedented crisis. If you haven't booked your tickets yet but you would like to help us by donating you can do so hereThank you for your patience and understanding. Please stay safe and well, we hope to see you very soon.Susie Troup Festival Director
