Workshop - Linda France WRITING INTO THE LIGHTA 2-hour online Poetry Workshop with Linda France for Candlemas/Imbolc. As the days lengthen and the year’s light returns we will consider how to write honestly about hope – without triteness, sentimentality, cliché or delusion. In times of loss and crisis, what’s worth hoping for and how best express our hopes? Might hope be one language we all have in common? The workshop will take the form of a guided process through reading, exercises, prompts and some extended writing time, with an open space to share and discuss at the end, designed so you might take away the seeds of new poems to work on in the months ahead.
