Rose Elliot has been at the forefront of meat-free food writing for over 35 years, and was awarded an MBE for her services to vegetarian cooking in 1999. Here, in her new book, she offers readers a masterclass in vegan cookery from basics such as nut milks, butters, cheeses and creams, to recipes for breakfasts, light bites and lunches, labour-light midweek mains, spectacular dishes for entertaining, delicious desserts and tempting baked goods.

Rose will share recipes, cooking tips and her experiences of how vegetarian cookery has developed since her first book “Simply Delicious” was published in 1967.
