Linda France, Sinéad Morrissey and Jacob Polley

At a time of ecological crisis, Stagshaw poet Linda France presents a compelling evening of poetry on the theme of Place, Belonging and Interconnectedness, with fellow poets Sinéad Morrissey and Jacob Polley – both of whom have made the North East their home.

Sinéad won the 2014 T.S. Eliot Prize for Parallax, ‘politically, historically and personally ambitious, expressed in beautifully turned language.’ In 2017 her collection On Balance won the Forward Prize for Best Collection. Jacob Polley won the 2016 T.S. Eliot Prize for his fourth book of poems, Jackself, ‘a firework of a book; inventive, exciting and outstanding in its imaginative range and depth of feeling.’ Come and hear how poetry is thriving in the North.

Tickets: £12/£10 – includes a glass of wine
