David Wibberly – Writing Workshop 2 This informal and enjoyable course will show you how to introduce journalling into your daily life. Getting your thoughts and feelings out onto the page will help identify negative thought cycles and self-criticism, thereby breaking patterns of procrastination and overthinking. Mindful journaling helps us enjoy life’s pleasures as they occur, become fully engaged in our activities, and develop a greater capacity for dealing with adverse events. Through a series of practical exercises, you will begin your journal and develop skills to continue your mindfulness practice.
