Claire’s enthusiasm and expertise reflect her passion for good food.  She combines a tireless advocacy of local, seasonal produce with a food literacy extended by ongoing research through travel and experience when cooking she has always abided by the seasons and her three seasonal cook books are an essential on any kitchen shelf. Today’s demonstration will bring us all that’s best in the Spring Calendar and of course a chance to taste the results.
