Thanks to everyone who supported the festival last year and helped to make it so successful.
We’re currently programming the Hexham Book Festival 2010 (27th April – 2nd May) and the line up is looking exciting with a great mix of author events across many genres – food, poetry, crime, fiction, film and children’s events. The programme will be on line by early February, if you’d like a reminder just subscribe to our email, on the right, and we’ll make sure you receive up to date information.
The on-line book group is up and running, we’ve had a few teething problems but have resolved them now so thanks for bearing with us. This facility is great for those who can’t find a local book group or who can’t always get out to the meetings, this way you can read at your own pace and add your comments on line if you want to. We’d love to hear your suggestions for books to read and look forward to hearing from you.
We are introducing a Friends of Hexham Book Festival which will enable you to get closer to HBF and enjoy several exclusive benefits including;
