Become a Friend of the Hexham Book Festival

We are introducing three different types of membership to our Friends scheme this year, which will enable you to enjoy several exclusive benefits whilst helping to support our work year-on-year.

Benefits to our Friends are:

• Invitation to the festival’s launch party,
• 2 for 1 ticket deals on selected events,
• Priority programme notification - before going to press!
• Regular updates of festival activities,

Cost: £15 (single) and £25 (double - two people at one address)

Membership runs from 1st October 2011 to 30th September 2012.

Gold Friends

In recognition of the fantastic support offered by the Friends we have introduced an additional ‘Gold Friends’ subscription rate.

Gold membership includes all the benefits above plus:

• Your name credited on the Festival website and in the programme should you wish,
• £1 discount per Friends ticket booked to a maximum discount of £15,
• Exclusive early bird booking.

Cost: £75 per annum

Corporate Friends

Corporate Friendship is ideal for companies and organisations who want to demonstrate their commitment to the future of the Hexham Book Festival, but who may not wish to undertake full event sponsorship.

Their generous donations ensure the future of our high standard of work with schools, community groups and young people across Tynedale.

Benefits of being a Corporate Friend include

• Your company name in the Festival Programme, 8,000 of which are distributed free to the public, press and organisations,
• Your company logo and a presence on our website with a link to your own website, listed on the Sponsors and Partners page,
• Acknowledgement in the hbf newsletters (reaching approximately 800 people),
• Priority mailing of ticket information,
• Exclusive early bird booking,
• 6 complimentary tickets to events of your choice (restrictions apply for certain popular events),
• Reserved seating,
• Invitations to the launch party, meeting other Friends, organisers and speakers.

Cost: £300 per year, but we can also offer tailored packages to meet the needs and specific interests of your organisation.

Please note: The number of tickets available to Friends during the early bird booking period is limited by the size of the venue.
